Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 10, 2026 · Last updated: June 10, 2026

The short version

We built Wisp to be private by design.

  • Your sessions stay on your phone. Wisp downloads your voice pack once during setup. After that, your wind-down sessions play entirely offline with zero network calls — they are never recorded, never uploaded, and never leave your phone.
  • We collect as little as possible. To give you an account and sync your routine, we store things like your email, your settings, and your optional morning check-ins.
  • Analytics, with an easy opt-out. We use anonymous usage analytics to improve Wisp. They're on by default — you can turn them off anytime by emailing contact@deep-it.fr.
  • We never sell your personal data. Ever.
  • You're in control. You can export or permanently delete your data from inside the app at any time.

Who we are

Wisp ("Wisp", "we", "us") is provided by DEEP IT CONSULTING, a société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with share capital of €2,000, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés of Nanterre under number 819 905 027, whose registered office is at 47 avenue du 18 Juin 1940, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France, represented by its President, Hamdi Mlaouhi. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@deep-it.fr.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French "Loi Informatique et Libertés", DEEP IT CONSULTING is the data controller of the personal data described below.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the Wisp mobile app (iOS and Android) and the Wisp website, including the early-access waitlist. It explains what we collect, why, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

2. Our core principle: on-device by default

Wisp's main function — the spoken word stream that helps you wind down — plays entirely from your device after a single-time voice pack download. The words, the audio, and your listening are kept local and never transmitted to us or anyone else. You can use the core experience in airplane mode with zero network calls. Most of what follows concerns only the optional account, sync, and analytics layers built around that core.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information. Google, Apple, or email endpoints when setting up synchronous account routing.
  • Your settings and routine. Pacing timers, backgrounds, and active configurations.
  • Optional morning check-ins. Subjective feedback indicators of morning states.
  • Waitlist email. Form collection data inputs stored strictly securely.

4. Service providers & Storage

We rely on trusted services like Firebase for secure server authentication, RevenueCat for billing status checks, and standard device local spaces to keep your listening habits 100% private.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We take the storage and security of your user data seriously. Under our storage policies:

  • Data Retention: We retain your account data for a maximum of 2 years after you unsubscribe or remain inactive, to allow for potential account recovery. After this period, your data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our active systems.
  • Immediate Deletion: You can request the permanent and immediate deletion of all your user data at any time. This can be done directly from inside the app's settings screen under privacy and policy, or by sending an email request to contact@deep-it.fr. Upon submitting this request, your account and associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.

6. Your Rights & Contact

You have the complete right to request access, correction, deletion, or exportation of any email waitlist record. Direct all legal, DPO, or privacy inquiries to contact@deep-it.fr.
