Terms of Use

Effective date: June 10, 2026 · Last updated: June 10, 2026

The short version

  • What Wisp is. A bedtime app that plays a gentle, ever-changing stream of words to help quiet a busy mind. It runs on your phone.
  • What Wisp isn't. A medical device or a treatment. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or cure anything. If you have a health concern, talk to a doctor.
  • Using it. You get a personal licence to use the app. Don't copy, resell, or tamper with it.
  • Paying. There's a free tier. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed by the App Store or Google Play and renew until you cancel — which you do in your store account.
  • Fair dealing. We provide the app honestly and "as is"; nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer under French law.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and DEEP IT CONSULTING governing your use of the Wisp mobile application and website ("Wisp" or the "Service"). By creating an account, or by using Wisp (including as a guest), you accept these Terms.

2. Health and wellbeing disclaimer

Please read this carefully.

Wisp is a general wellbeing and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent insomnia, any sleep disorder, or any other medical or psychological condition. Wisp is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a health condition, including persistent difficulty sleeping.

3. Service Providers & Billing

All purchases, subscriptions, renewal management, and cancellations are processed securely through Apple App Store and Google Play marketplaces. We never see or store credit cards.
